Maternity Reflexology works to put the mother in the best possible state to cope with the birthing experience and to make a good and fast recovery. Maternity Reflexology is well known for the natural induction for labour, and is provided in hospitals in many countries in Europe.

Maternity Reflexology can help with the many common ailments experienced in pregnancy including:

• Nausea
• Insomnia
• Leg cramps
• Backache
• Constipation
• High or low blood pressure
• Fatigue
• Headaches etc.

Maternity Reflexology treatments can start as early as planning conception, working with both the mother and the father.

Regular sessions are recommended from the 2nd trimester, increasing towards the due date.
